Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs, weather, carrier delays).


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be available for select promotions or orders over a certain amount (UK only).

  • International customers may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check your order status using:

  • The courier's website (Delhiver, Xpressbees, Ekart and etc.)

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items (e.g., liquids, electronics) may have restricted shipping to certain countries.

  • PO Boxes & Remote Areas: Additional fees or delays may apply.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for a reshipping fee.


7. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit? Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery, and we’ll investigate with the courier.

  • Damaged Items? Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

Note: We are not liable for delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping information.


8. Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

  • Free returns may be available for faulty or incorrect items (see our Returns Policy for details).

  • For returns due to customer preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
